SNL Bearings Ltd Appoints Prathmesh Gaonkar as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

SNL Bearings Ltd has appointed Mr. Prathmesh Gaonkar as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, who would also be Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) with effect from April 08, 2026. The appointment is recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approved by the Board of Directors. Mr. Gaonkar is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ACS No.: 61307), with over 6 years of experience in listed company compliances, corporate laws, secretarial practices and corporate governance. He has previously worked as company secretary for Chemco Plastic Industries Private Limited, Atlantaa Limited.
