AJEL Ltd has appointed Mr. Mariya Sharivn Jeffrey Loorthu as an Additional Director and accepted the resignation of Mr. Ashrith Reddy Gireddy. Mr. Loorthu, a non-executive and independent director, is not related to the promoter or promoter group and fulfills the criteria of independence as required by the Companies Act, 2013 and the Listing Regulations. Mr. Gireddy resigned due to his personal preoccupations.
