Mr. Sharma, who holds an MBA in Human Resources and B. Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering, has around 18 years of diverse experience in human resources across manufacturing and industrial sectors. His areas of expertise include strategic HR leadership, talent management, organization design, and HR transformation, Performance Management & Learning, Compensation & Benefits, Compliance & Employee Relations and HR Process Digitization. He will be responsible for leading the organization’s Human Resources and Administration functions.
