Mr. Saawal, a seasoned entrepreneur with over 44 years of experience, will serve for a period of 3 years, subject to approval in the ensuing General Meeting. M/s Rishabh D Jain & Associates, a Chartered Accountant firm with professional experience in various fields, has been re-appointed for the Financial Year 2026-27.
