Amagi Media Labs Ltd.: Shareholders Approve Alteration of Articles of Association

Amagi Media Labs Ltd. has announced the approval of alteration of the Articles of Association of the Company by inserting Article 64B. The alteration was approved by the Members of the Company through a Special Resolution passed by Postal Ballot and remote e-voting process on April 03, 2026. The new Article 64B stipulates that the top 2 investors by shareholding, provided they hold 6.00% shareholding in the Company on a fully diluted basis, are entitled to appoint one non-executive Director on the Board.
