VMS TMT Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons and Insiders

VMS TMT Ltd, in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Insider Trading Prohibition Code of the company, has announced the closure of the trading window for all designated persons and insiders. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the conclusion of the Board Meeting for the approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. The exact date of the Board Meeting will be communicated in due course.
