Capital Income Builder reduces stake in 360 ONE WAM to 3.11%

Capital Income Builder has disclosed a change in its shareholding in 360 ONE WAM Ltd. under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The entity's stake decreased from 5.3197% to 3.1128% following a net sale of shares through open market transactions on April 08, 2026. While the absolute number of shares held by Capital Income Builder increased from 4,730,130 to 12,642,082, this percentage reduction is due to a significant increase in 360 ONE WAM's total equity share capital, which rose from 88,917,869 to 406,138,438 shares. The net sale of shares by Capital Income Builder amounted to 6,278,438 shares.
