Borana Weaves Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Insider Trading Prevention

Borana Weaves Limited has informed the exchange about the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and is aimed at preventing insider trading during the declaration of the audited Financial Results for the quarter and Financial Year ending March 31, 2026. The trading window will be closed for all Directors, KMPs, Designated Persons (Including their immediate relatives) and Insiders from April 1, 2026, till 48 hours after the date of declaration of the audited Financial Results. The date of the Board Meeting on which the results will be considered will be intimated in due course of time.
