Magellanic Cloud Ltd Promoters Disclose Share Encumbrances Under SEBI Regulation 31(4)

Magellanic Cloud Ltd's promoters and promoter group have disclosed the details of encumbrances created by way of pledge over the equity shares held by them in compliance with the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. As of March 31, 2026, an aggregate of 10,94,83,767 equity shares held by the promoters stand pledged. No additional encumbrances were created during the financial year, except those already disclosed to the Stock Exchange(s).
