CMX Holdings Ltd Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q1 2026 Results

CMX Holdings Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in securities. The closure will be in effect from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading in Securities by the Designated persons and their immediate relatives under the Securities and Exchanges Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended. The date of the Board meeting will be intimated in due course.
