The company attributes the share price fluctuations solely to market conditions and sentiments, over which management has no control. It further confirmed that all material information and necessary disclosures, in accordance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, have been regularly and timely disclosed to the Stock Exchange.
