Mindspace Business Parks REIT Announces Trading Window Closure for FY2026

Mindspace Business Parks REIT has announced that the trading window for dealing in the securities of Mindspace REIT will be closed from April 1, 2026. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Policy on Unpublished price sensitive information and dealing in securities. The trading window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results of Mindspace REIT for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026.
