Kshitij Investments Ltd. Announces EGM for Material Related Party Transactions

Kshitij Investments Ltd., now Manglam Global Corporations Limited, has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on April 27, 2026, at 4.00 P.M. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conference (VC)/ Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) due to the relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The EGM is to approve Material Related Party Transactions with certain Related Parties. The notice of the EGM, along with the explanatory statement, has been delivered to all members through electronic mode. Remote e-Voting will commence on April 24, 2026, and conclude on April 26, 2026.
