Sunteck Realty Transfers 100% Stake of Wholly Owned Subsidiary to Another Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Sunteck Realty Ltd has transferred its 100% stake of its wholly owned subsidiary, Mantavya Real Estates Private Limited, to another wholly owned subsidiary, Sunteck Real Estates Private Limited. This has resulted in Mantavya becoming a step-down wholly owned subsidiary of the Company. The transaction was completed on 6th April, 2026, with a consideration of Rs. 1,00,000/-. The transaction is between the Company and its wholly owned subsidiary, and hence a related party transaction, but it is on arms length basis.
