Matra Kaushal Appoints New Independent Director & CFO

Matra Kaushal Enterprise Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting on April 10, 2026, approved key management changes. Mr. Rama Rao Gondu (DIN: 10626682) was appointed as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. Ramamohanreddy Yarragudi was appointed as the Chief Financial Officer, both appointments effective April 10, 2026. The Board also reconstituted its Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship Committees. Mr. Gondu brings over 20 years of experience in accounts, finance, and HR, while Mr. Yarragudi has over 25 years in finance, management, and administration.
