V Varalakshmi Acquires 40,00,000 Equity Shares of CCME GLOBAL LIMITED through Preferential Issue

V Varalakshmi has acquired 40,00,000 Equity Shares of CCME GLOBAL LIMITED (formerly known as Genesis IBRC India Limited) through a preferential issue. This acquisition represents 8.84% of the total share capital and 8.84% of the total diluted share capital. The total paid-up share capital of the company after the acquisition is INR 45,25,00,000 comprising of 4,52,50,000 fully paid equity shares of INR 10 each. The effective change in percentage (%) which entitled V Varalakshmi to exercise the voting rights for the acquired equity shares is 0.22%.
