Swaraj Engines Ltd. to Approve Audited Financial Results for FY2025-2026 and Consider Dividend Recommendation

Swaraj Engines Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 13th April, 2026 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the year ended on 31st March, 2026. The meeting will also consider the recommendation of equity dividend, if any, for the said year. The trading window has been closed from 1st April, 2026 to 15th April, 2026 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Swaraj Engines Limited.
