Neptune Logitek Ltd. Announces Appointment of Secretarial Auditor, Internal Auditor, and Additional Director

Neptune Logitek Ltd. has announced the appointment of Ms. Ishali Desai as the Secretarial Auditor, M/S. Sen & Ray as the Internal Auditor, and Mr. Rushabh Anilkumar Shah as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director. The appointments are subject to approval from the shareholders of the company. The company has also approved the acquisition of shares of Devanshi Tradables Private Limited from Mrs. Reema Ankit Shah, subject to the final approval of the Independent Valuation Report.
