Cupid Breweries and Distilleries Ltd has appointed Mr. Rohit Shetty as an Additional Independent Director and Mr. Sachin Rawat as the Group Company Secretary. Mr. Rohit Shetty's appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders of the Company. Mr. Sachin Rawat's designation is in recognition of his significant contributions, leadership, and commitment towards strengthening the governance, compliance, and financial framework of the Company.
