Triton Corp Ltd Appoints Three New Directors

Triton Corp Ltd has announced the appointment of three new directors, namely Mr. Abhishek Bhagwat Bharad, Mr. Sandeep Dewan, and Ms. Supriya Mahesh Kadam. The appointments are subject to the approval of the shareholders. Mr. Bharad and Mr. Dewan will serve as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Executive Director, respectively. Ms. Kadam will serve as an Independent Director. Their term of appointment commences from March 30, 2026, and they are not liable to retire by rotation during this tenure.
