KDDL Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window Until After Q4 and Year Ended 31st March, 2026 Audited Financial Results

KDDL Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations) 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will be closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
