Repono Ltd has incorporated a new step down subsidiary, Repono Mathura Terminals Private Limited, as per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Repono Mathura Terminals Private Limited was incorporated on 08th April 2026 and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Repono Terminal Private Limited, which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Repono Ltd. The new subsidiary is involved in the warehousing business and is expected to expand the company's operations.
