NLC India Ltd Announces Promotion of Pankaj Kumar as Executive Director

NLC India Ltd has announced the promotion of Pankaj Kumar as an Executive Director with effect from 1st April 2026. Kumar, who holds a Master’s in Personnel Management & IR from Jiwaji University and an Advanced HRM certification from IIM Ahmedabad, has over 28 years of experience in public sector and multinational organizations. He has been leading enterprise-wide HR strategy at NLC India Limited and has been instrumental in large-scale hiring, succession planning, and leveraging Workday analytics for data-driven decisions. Prior to joining NLC India Limited, he spearheaded the Corporate HR division of LG Electronics India for 13 years.
