Parshva Enterprises Ltd. has announced the re-designation of Mr. Harsh Prashant Vora from an Executive Director to a Non-Executive Non Independent Director, effective from the close of business hours on April 8, 2026. This decision was made at a Board meeting based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Company. Mr. Vora is a second generation entrepreneur with over 8 years of experience in the gems and jewellery sector. He is a Graduate from the University of Mumbai and MBA from NMIMS, specialized in the field of accounts and Book Keeping.
