Gujarat Raffia Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window Until 48 Hours After Q1 2026 Results

Gujarat Raffia Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window from 01ST April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Un-audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on 31st March, 2026 will be intimated separately. The PAN of Designated Persons of the Company will be frozen by the Designated Depository of Company for trading in Equity Shares of the Company during the said trading window closure period. Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives are advised not to trade in securities of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window.
