Cupid Breweries And Distilleries Independent Director, Mr. Ajay Gandeja, Resigns Due to Pre-Occupancy

Mr. Ajay Gandeja, an Independent Director of Cupid Breweries And Distilleries Ltd, has resigned from his position effective from March 29, 2026. His resignation is due to pre-occupancy. The Board of Directors has appreciated his contributions and support during his tenure. He will also cease to be the Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The resignation letter and detailed reasons are enclosed as Annexure-II and Annexure-III respectively.
