LG Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd has announced the rescheduling of its Board Meeting, originally set for April 30, 2026, to May 2, 2026. The meeting will consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March, 2026, and recommend the dividend, if any, for the financial year 2025-2026. The trading window for dealing in the company's securities will be closed for all directors/officers/designated employees and their immediate relatives from April 1, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of its Audited Financial Results.
