Gaudium IVF and Women Health Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure

Gaudium IVF and Women Health Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s ‘Code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives’ and ‘Code of practices and procedures for fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information’. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026, till the expiry of 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The date of the Board of Directors' meeting to approve the financial results will be intimated separately.
