Blue Dart: Prakash Apte resigns as Chairman & Independent Director

Mr. Prakash Apte, Chairman and Independent Director of Blue Dart Express Ltd., has resigned from his position due to health reasons, effective from the conclusion of the Board Meeting on April 13, 2026. Consequently, he will also step down from his roles as Chairman and Member of the Audit Committee, and Member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), Risk Management Committee, CSR Committee, and Stakeholder Relationship Committee. Mr. Apte also holds independent directorships in Fine Organics Industries Ltd. and GMM Pfaudler Ltd. He has confirmed that there are no other material reasons for his resignation beyond his health. The Board of Directors placed on record its appreciation for his valuable contributions during his tenure.
