BLT Logistics Ltd has registered a wholly owned subsidiary, BLT International Logistics FZ-LLC, in RAKEZ Free Zone, Dubai, UAE. The subsidiary, which is yet to commence business operations, will operate in the consultancy services sector. The Company will hold 100% shareholding in the subsidiary, with a cash consideration of AED 5,00,000 divided into 500 shares of AED 1,000 each.
