Sainik Finance & Industries Ltd: Sarvesh Sindhu Acquires 23.01% Shares via Inter-se Transfer

Sarvesh Sindhu has acquired 25,03,982 equity shares, representing 23.01% of the total share capital of Sainik Finance & Industries Limited. This acquisition was made through an inter-se transfer of equity shares amongst members of the Promoters / Promoters Group through off-market transactions, in accordance with Regulation 10(1)(a)(ii) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. This acquisition does not result in a change of control of the Target Company, and the aggregate promoters & promoter group shareholding remains the same.
