Syrma SGS JV company renamed to Shinhyup Syrma Circuits Pvt Ltd

Syrma SGS Technology Ltd announced that its Joint Venture company, previously known as "Syrma Strategic Electronics Private Limited," has been officially renamed "Shinhyup Syrma Circuits Private Limited." The Ministry of Corporate Affairs approved this change, effective April 10, 2026. This follows an earlier disclosure on December 30, 2025, regarding the completion of the JV transaction and the allotment of shares to the JV partners, Syrma SGS and SHE.
