Ranjit Securities Ltd has informed BSE that a 1st meeting of the Board of Directors for the FY 2026-2027 is scheduled on 04/04/2026 at 317-318, Transport Nagar, Scheme No. 44, Indore (M.P.) – 452014. The meeting will consider and approve the appointment of a new Statutory Auditor to fill the casual vacancy due to the resignation of the ongoing Statutory Auditor, subject to approval of shareholders. Additionally, the Board will consider and approve the Notice of Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
