United Cotfab Ltd has appointed M/s. Kamal M. Shah & Co. as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-26. The appointment was made during the Board meeting held on March 31, 2026. The Board was held at the Registered Office of the Company situated at Survey No. 191, Village-Timba, Taluka-Dascroi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, 382425, from 06:30 P.M. to 07:00 P.M. The new Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting the Internal audit of the Company for the Financial Year 2025-26.
