Huhtamaki India Ltd has announced its 76th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday, May 08, 2026, at 2:30 P.M. (IST) via Video Conferencing. Concurrently, the company has fixed Thursday, April 23, 2026, as the Record Date for determining the eligibility of members to receive the final dividend. This dividend, amounting to ₹2 per equity share of face value ₹2 each (100%), is subject to approval by the shareholders at the upcoming AGM.
