Gallantt Ispat Ltd: Prem Prakash Agrawal Transfers Shares to Gallantt Trust

Prem Prakash Agrawal has transferred 12,910,134 equity shares of Gallantt Ispat Limited to Gallantt Trust through an off-market transaction. This transfer is in accordance with the SEBI Order dated March 20, 2026, which grants exemption from complying with Regulation 3(1) and 4 of SEBI (SAST) Regulations, 2011. The transaction involves Prem Prakash Agrawal and 33 other persons acting in concert (PACs). The total equity shares of Gallantt Ispat Limited before the transaction were 24,12,80,945 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each, and after the transaction, the total diluted share/voting capital of the TC remains the same.
