Dev Information Technology Ltd to Sell ByteSIGNER and Talligence to Associate Company for Rs. 11.90 Crores

Dev Information Technology Ltd (DEVIT) has announced the sale of its products ByteSIGNER and Talligence to M/s Byte Technosys Private Limited, an associate company, for a cash consideration of Rs. 11.90 Crores. The decision was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on 31st March, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The slump sale has been approved in accordance with Section 188 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 23 of the Securities Exchange and Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The revenue from these products for FY 2024-25 was Rs. 3.97 lakhs, contributing 0.021% to the consolidated revenue of DEVIT Limited. The total net asset value of ByteSIGNER and Talligence for the year ended 31 March 2025 is approximately Rs. 8.75 crores, which constituted 12.74% of the total net worth of the Company for the financial year 2024-25.
