Parmax Pharma Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading Regulations

Parmax Pharma Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for insider trading in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct. The closure is for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The trading window will remain closed for all designated persons of the company from April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting at which the results will be considered will be intimated in due course of time.
