Panacea Biotec Ltd: Independent Director, Mr. Mukul Gupta, Completes Second Term

Panacea Biotec Ltd has announced that Mr. Mukul Gupta, an Independent Director, has completed his second and final term of 5 consecutive years. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Mr. Gupta has ceased to be an Independent Director of the Company and consequently, he has also ceased to be the Chairperson / member of the Committees of the Board of Directors. The Board and Management of the Company have expressed deep appreciation and gratitude for his extensive contribution and guidance towards the business growth of the Company.
