Sparc Electrex Ltd Promoter Discloses 26.53% Shareholding in Annual Disclosure

Sparc Electrex Ltd has received the Annual Disclosure from its Promoter, Mrs. Shobha Anant Hegde, on behalf of the Promoter & Promoter group. The disclosure, in compliance with Regulation 31(4) of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, reveals that as of 31st March, 2026, the Promoter and Promoter group hold a total of 5187258 equity shares, which represents 26.53% shareholding in the company. These shares, comprising of 1,60,044 fully paid-up equity shares and 50,27,214 partly paid-up equity shares, do not have any encumbrance.
