Noize Brands and Lifestyle Acquires 40.04% Stake in Jauss Polymers Ltd

Noize Brands and Lifestyle Limited has acquired 18,51,894 equity shares of Jauss Polymers Limited, representing 40.04% of the total paid-up equity share capital and voting capital. This acquisition is pursuant to an off-market transfer. Post-acquisition, Noize Brands and Lifestyle Limited, along with Mr. Aditya Chopra, will become the promoter of Jauss Polymers Limited.
