PMC Fincorp Ltd: Puneet Arora's Designation Changes to Non-Executive Director

PMC Fincorp Ltd announced that the Board of Directors, in their meeting on April 01, 2026, approved the change in designation of Mr. Puneet Arora from Executive Director to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective from the same date. Mr. Arora will continue to contribute his expertise at the Board level, while not being involved in day-to-day operations. The Company has also appointed M/s A. K. Choudhary & Associates as Scrutinizer for the Postal Ballot and E-voting process and approved the appointment of National Securities Depository Limited to provide remote e-voting facility.
