Avenue Supermarts Ltd has announced the resignation of Mr. Rajeev Chandrasekharan, the Head - Centre of Excellence and Senior Management Personnel, due to personal reasons. His last working day with the Company will be 5th July, 2026. The Company has disclosed the information as per the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD- POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January, 2026. Mr. Chandrasekharan has committed to complete his ongoing projects and ensure a smooth transition before his departure.
