Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd. Announces Issue of Equity Shares at ₹ 390.26 Floor Price

Poonawalla Fincorp Ltd. announced that the Committee of Directors comprising of the Board of Directors has passed resolutions for the authorisation of the opening of the Issue, approval and adoption of the preliminary placement document, and approval of the floor price for the Issue at ₹ 390.26 per Equity Share. The Issue price will be determined in consultation with the appointed book running lead managers. The ‘relevant date’ for the purpose of the Issue is April 9, 2026, and the Company may offer a discount of not more than 5% on the floor price. The trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed for all Designated Persons as defined in the Code.
