Lehar Footwears Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for Designated Persons

Lehar Footwears Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the company for all Designated Persons and their Relatives. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will be effective from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting to consider the Audited Financial Results will be intimated separately.
