NCLT Replaces Educomp's Caretaker RP with New Resolution Professional

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) on April 8, 2026, ordered the replacement of Educomp Solutions Ltd's existing Caretaker Resolution Professional, Mr. Mahender Kumar Khandelwal. Mr. Kamal Kumar Jadwani has been appointed as the new Resolution Professional. He will be responsible for conducting the further Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) and managing all affairs of the company, given the absence of a Board. The company is awaiting the formal order copy from the NCLT and will share it upon receipt. This development is a significant step in the ongoing insolvency proceedings for Educomp Solutions Ltd.
