Catalyst Trusteeship Acquires Additional Shares of Onesource Specialty Pharma Ltd via Pledge from Tenshi Pharmaceuticals

Catalyst Trusteeship Ltd, acting in its capacity as the Debenture Trustee for the Debenture Holders, has acquired additional shares of Onesource Specialty Pharma Ltd via pledge from Tenshi Pharmaceuticals Private Limited. The acquisition is in accordance with the terms of an amended and restated debenture trust deed and share pledge agreement dated March 09, 2026. The pledge is for the benefit of the holders of Debentures (including their assigns, transferees, successors and novates from time to time). The total number of shares pledged is 28,36,811, which constitutes 2.47% of the issued and paid-up share capital of Onesource Specialty Pharma Limited.
