Precision Wires India Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in shares of the company. The closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will be closed for Directors, Auditors, and Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives) of the company from Wednesday, 1st April, 2025. The trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement of Audited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange for the Quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026.
