Kernex Microsystems India Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Kernex Microsystems India Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for regulating, monitoring and reporting of trading by insiders and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results of the Company for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2026.
