Keystone Realtors Ltd. has reported impressive operational performance for Q4FY26 and FY26. The company achieved a YoY growth of 33% in pre-sales, reaching INR 40.22 bn for FY26. Collections also showed a significant growth of 13% YoY, amounting to INR 26.21 bn for FY26. The company launched 7 projects with an estimated GDV of INR 98.13 bn and added 5 projects with a total GDV of INR 104.20 bn in FY26, showing a growth of 96% and 118% YoY respectively. Keystone Realtors also completed 6 projects with a total area of 2.23 mn sq ft in FY26. The company's performance has been rated 'A+ (with Stable Outlook)' by ICRA and 'A+ (with Positive Outlook)' by India Ratings.
